2. Contracting procedure

2. A budget is sent with a description of the service, price and conditions.
3. The contracting is formalized through express written acceptance by the client.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment method
Bank transfer or other methods indicated by the owner.

5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Catalan Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 natural days to withdraw from the contract, unless the service has begun with their prior consent.

6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
If the class cannot be held due to reasons attributable to the teacher, a rescheduling or refund will be offered.

7. Claims

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish and Catalan legislation applies.
